Louise is a recent graduate from the Energy Systems Engineering Technology Program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston.  The main focus of the program is renewable energy implementation, energy auditing and conservation principles and policy.  Louise also completed a Hatha Yoga Teacher training program at Open Door Studio, Vancouver B.C. in 2005. 

Louise has worked for a local non-profit to facilitate a federally funded energy audit program, a local renewable energy company focusing on solar and wind installations, and was the co-coordinator of the 4th annual GreenUp! Environmental Festival.

Louise has completed a farm internship at a local vegetable farm in Battersea.  She is currently working for Quantum Renewable Energy in Kingston.
