Chi-Gong Yoga (Thursday 10-11:30am)
Chi or Qi : means Energy, Breath GONG: means Alive, Vibrant, Vital Force

Chi Gong is a Traditional Chinese practice, developed thousands of years ago to nurture and maintain optimal health. Simple though dynamic standing yoga poses are interwoven throughout our practice to unblock the energy meridians of the body and improve our Vital Qi. This practice is designed to invigorate us and to relieve daily stress. Chi- Qong maintains our vibrant health and awakens our full potential as human beings. Please contact Dharani for registration.

Gentle and Beginner (Mondays 10:00–11:30am)
Appropriate for those ongoing practitioners seeking a gentle class, for the beginner, or for those recovering from illness or injury. The class features breath-centred, slow, mindful movements and postures for every body, including seniors. Class also features an emphasis on back care and simple breathing practices. Please contact Daniel Adam for registration.

Gentle-Intermediate (Wednesdays 5:30–7:00pm and Fridays 10:00–11:30am))
Appropriate for those ongoing practitioners seeking a gentle or intermediate class, and for the absolute beginner who is physically active. All movements are encouraged to be breath-centred, slow, and mindful. Postures and breathing practices are designed to release physical and mental tension, tone muscles and improve posture. Please contact Daniel Adam for registration.

Hatha Flow (Thursday 5:15-6:45pm)
"HATHA FLOW" style YOGA merges Traditional Hatha fundamentals with a "powerful" sweeping set of standing poses to awaken the "CHI FLOW" within. Classes emphasize body-mind centered awareness, breath-work and alignment to awaken the authentic self. Note that Hatha with Do-zen means "moving meditation". Two levels of classes are available. Please contact Dharani for registration.

Meditation
We offer various approaches to meditation with an emphasis on Insight Meditation. Insight Meditation is the practice of mindfulness which develops skills in attentiveness, concentration and the ability to rest in the present moment.

Yin Yoga (Tues 10-11:30am)
Yin Yoga emphasizes going inward- in a more reflective and quieter repose to stretch and release the deep inner tension of the joint areas; the connective tissues and the recesses of the mind. Poses are held for a longer period of time and breath-work is explored to deepen ones' awareness of the inner and outer self. Please contact Dharani for registration.

Yoga and Meditation
For those seeking to deepen your practice, we integrate restorative yoga asanas with meditation techniques to deepen your sense of body-mind centered awareness in connection with your heart. This will help lay the foundation for "Za-zen" practice (sitting meditation).
