 Benefits 0f Integral Coaching
You can expect to stretch yourself by taking
a fresh look and doing things outside your norm!

You will:
• Become more aware of your current approach to situations,
see new possibilities and build sustainable new competencies to achieve
significant outcome;
• Engage in practices or exercises in between coaching meetings
that are custom-designed to support your learning goals.

Who Works With Coaches?

• Professionals and business owners work with a coach to support their practice or enhance their leadership of a growing  organization. Examples include:  developing people skills, effective  delegation, managing initiatives with   multiple stakeholders, creating influence in ambiguous situations.
• Individuals work with a coach to achieve personal development, to address life  challenges or to further their spiritual  unfolding. Examples include: career or life transitions, implementing desired  behavioural changes, operating with  increased integrity at work and at home, spiritual practices in daily life.
•Organizations provide coaching to their   employees to support their individual  leadership development, and thus enable   the organization to better meet its   business results. Examples include  stepping into a new role, mentoring for   engagement and results, moving from   technical to managerial work, taking a   stand in conflicted situations.

Coaching Process & Fees
Coaching programs are customized to meet the needs and goals  of individuals. Meetings can be arranged in person (Toronto area), by phone or Video Skype. The length of a coaching program  depends on the challenges/ resources available and often ranges from 5 to 8 months, or the time required to embody change  in the coaching topic.

• Coaching Program initiation consists of two meetings.  The first meeting is to get to knw you and how you relate to your challenges. In the second meeting, a coaching program is proposed.  You can expect: a deeper clarification of our topic; rich insights into your current perspective on how you approach your topic; a new way of being that would ultimately allow you to ap-proach it differently; and an initial set of capacity building practices. Fees are $500.

• On-going sessions are usually every two weeks. You can expect: a unique step-by-step  program and customized practices that you engage in between meetings; development that enables new ways of seeing things, doing things and checking for results; a relationship that is complete when you reach the objectives initially agreed on.
Fees are $200 per session.
