Coaching Process & Fees
Coaching programs are customized to meet the needs and goals of individuals. Meetings can be arranged in person (Toronto area), by phone or Video Skype. The length of a coaching program depends on the challenges/ resources available and often ranges from 5 to 8 months, or the time required to embody change in the coaching topic.
• Coaching Program initiation consists of two meetings. The first meeting is to get to knw you and how you relate to your challenges. In the second meeting, a coaching program is proposed. You can expect: a deeper clarification of our topic; rich insights into your current perspective on how you approach your topic; a new way of being that would ultimately allow you to ap-proach it differently; and an initial set of capacity building practices. Fees are $500.
• On-going sessions are usually every two weeks. You can expect: a unique step-by-step program and customized practices that you engage in between meetings; development that enables new ways of seeing things, doing things and checking for results; a relationship that is complete when you reach the objectives initially agreed on.
Fees are $200 per session.
