I began my healing path through attending shamanic healing circles more than 25 years ago.  I moved to Kingston, Ontario and graduated from the Addictions program through McMaster University. In 1999 I founded the Kingston Reiki Centre.

Since then I have broadened my interests in healing modalities including Colour and Sound, Reflexology, Tuning Forks, Aromatherapy Massage, Crystals, Numerology and Shamanic Healing. 

I offer coaching and  counselling techniques and Readings  and Healing Sessions that bring a powerful synergy into play…  the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
I love to blend together different techniques in one session, that I intuitively design especially for you, in that moment.

I offer what I love to do… tried and true.  Reiki with shamanic healing, colour and sound and aromatherapy.  Such a powerful blend of healing therapies.
Soul Retrieval and Destiny Readings and Shamanic Healing and Numerology – which I call Shamanic Numerology… another powerful synergy at work. 

My heart and soul sings when I am involved in shamanic healing and counselling and this is where I feel powerful healing can take place.


I completed the 2 Year Shamanic Teacher Training Program with Sandra Ingerman.  I am now narrowing my path to focus on that which gives me bliss – Bringing you Healing Sessions and classes in Reiki and Shamanic Healing and Readings to inspire you and REFIRE YOUR SPIRIT.  In narrowing my focus I find a broadening of happiness, peace and purpose!
