Shinzen was interviewed by Stephanie Nash on two occasions. These interviews have not only supplied an opportunity for Shinzen to talk candidly about his teachings and his personal experience, but also to speak interactively.

The first interview has 15 segments posted according to topic. He also guided Stephanie interactively in “ focus out ” and another student, Rich, in working with physical pain . The second interview – to be posted soon - is Shinzen sharing many great stories – including his most profound moments on the spiritual path.
